Great protection between periods or for discharges. It's breathable b/c it does not have a buil in PUL(waterproof barrier). They are so thin and soft. You'll forget you're wearing them!<br>Care:<br>Machine wash cold (never wash your pads/liners w/blood stain with hot water. It will stain your pads/liners). Tumble dry low or hang dry. Pls don't use fabric softner. Wash all pads/liner before use. The more you wash, the thirstier they will become. You may soak pads/liners in water w/baking soda for several hours to a day to remove blood staining. Then, toss them into the washer. If there is no blood staining, you can simply throw them directly into a washer w/your regular laundries.<br>Why Cloth?:<br>My cloth pads/liners are great way to become green. They are better for your wallet, for your health, and for the environment. Initial investment may be higher than disposable, but they can be reused again and again!
